The International Logistics Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, order management, and international client coordination. This individual will act as a key liaison between U.S.-based operations and China-based clients, suppliers, and platform partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient logistics flow, and high service standards.
This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational execution.

Product & Inventory Management
- Verify inbound shipments and confirm product arrivals in accordance with client instructions
- Prepare receiving, sorting, and inventory reports
- Coordinate inbound processing, shelving, and inventory placement
- Monitor shelf life, damaged goods, and overall product condition
- Conduct routine inventory checks and audits
- Support remote inspection and quality control processes
Order Management
- Process inbound and outbound orders within required service level timelines
- Coordinate warehouse appointments and shipment schedules
- Investigate and resolve delayed outbound shipments
- Manage canceled orders and package exceptions
- Address customs feedback regarding shortages, overages, or discrepancies
- Communicate order exceptions with internal customer service teams
International Communication & China Operations Support
- Communicate daily with China-based clients, suppliers, and platform representatives in Mandarin and English
- Translate operational updates, requests, and issues between U.S. and overseas teams
- Coordinate timely responses across multiple time zones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners
- Support onboarding of new China-based clients and brands
- Assist internal teams with cross-border communication and issue resolution
Financial & Administrative Support
- Submit monthly value-added service fees based on completed services
- Reconcile monthly invoices and verify billing accuracy
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
Ticket & Systems Coordination
- Respond promptly to system tickets and operational work orders
- Coordinate packing video requests with warehouse teams
- Escalate system or process issues to IT or appropriate departments
Client & Platform Support
- Update and maintain client-facing SOPs for inbound, outbound, transfers, and returns
- Maintain accurate client contact information and communication channels
- Provide daily operational reports to platform representatives
- Support capacity planning during peak seasons and promotional periods
- Assist in resolving platform-related operational issues

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or fulfillment preferred
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plus
Work Environment
- This role is in-house Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
- This role operates in a professional office and warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with internal teams and external partners.
