We are seeking a New Product Development Project Manager who is equal parts strategist, operator, and innovator. This is a high-visibility role interfacing directly with Senior Leadership to bring groundbreaking beauty and fragrance products from concept to commercialization to global launch!

Own the full lifecycle of product development—from ideation through launch.
Build and manage detailed timelines, milestones, and deliverables across internal teams and global vendors.
Partner with executive leadership on portfolio prioritization and launch sequencing.
Monitor and protect COGS targets to ensure profitability.
Deliver executive-level reporting on pipeline status, risks, and readiness.
Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and competitive threats across beauty and fragrance categories.
Analyze pricing architecture, positioning, ingredient innovation, packaging technologies, and consumer behavior.
Translate insights into actionable product strategies and forecasting assumptions.
Prepare strategic market reports to guide PCA’s product roadmap.
Represent PCA at domestic and international trade shows and supplier exhibitions.
Source new labs, packaging partners, and raw material vendors.
Evaluate supplier capabilities, compliance, scalability, and cost structures.
Build strategic vendor partnerships that accelerate innovation and reduce costs.
Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for product concepts.
Coordinate packaging development, regulatory compliance, labeling, and artwork.
Interface with labs and suppliers to track submissions, samples, approvals, and documentation.
Manage sample reviews, feedback cycles, and executive reporting.
Secure UPCs, IL decks, Responsible Person dossiers, and international compliance documentation.
Lead bi-weekly operations meetings and provide structured weekly progress reporting.
Potentially supervise coordinators and project contributors.
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners.
Ensure seamless collaboration between Marketing, Creative, Finance, Compliance, and Operations.

Cross-functional alignment effectiveness
5–7+ years in product development, project management, sourcing, or innovation in beauty, fragrance, or CPG.
Proven success leading cross-functional development initiatives.
Strong market analysis and competitive research experience.
Trade show sourcing and vendor development background.
Solid understanding of COGS modeling and supplier negotiation.
Bachelor’s Degree required (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Supply Chain, or related).
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
