  • Support ROI and profitability analysis for marketing and promotional efforts, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Manage brand tasks and timelines within project management tools, ensuring initiatives, follow-ups, and deliverables stay on track
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries, dashboards, and brand updates for internal stakeholders and brand partners
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Creative, Logistics, and Finance teams to support launches, promotions, and operational readiness
  • Assist with brand onboarding, new item setup, forecasting, and expansion into new channels or markets
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of brand content, documentation, and approvals across all channels
  • Build a strong understanding of each brand’s positioning, guidelines, products, and distribution strategy while staying informed on industry and beauty/wellness trends

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in brand management, account management, client services, or a related role
  • Experience within beauty, wellness, personal care, fashion, or CPG strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience creating clear, effective presentations
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work cross-functionally and support senior leaders effectively
