Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and camera-confident Live Streamer (Beauty Industry) to join our team in Ronkonkoma, NY. This person will create engaging live and short-form content across TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms to promote our beauty, skincare, and fragrance brands.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, understands influencer and affiliate marketing, and knows how to host live shopping sessions that attract, entertain, and convert audiences. This person should also have strong knowledge of both front-end hosting and back-end TikTok Live setup, including product linking, scheduling, and analytics. Additionally, this individual will help connect with influencers, manage affiliate relationships, and support recruiting and training new live streamers.

We are hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions based in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (some evenings or weekends may be required for campaigns and events)

Key Responsibilities:

• Host engaging live shopping sessions on TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, YouTube, and Facebook
• Present and demonstrate beauty products with energy, authenticity, and confidence on camera
• Create high-quality short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms
• Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and content creators to increase reach and sales performance
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training live streamers for upcoming campaigns and brand launches
• Manage back-end TikTok Live setup, including scheduling, product tagging, and data tracking
• Work with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live sessions with promotions and new product launches
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare reports to help improve content effectiveness
• Stay updated on TikTok, Instagram, and beauty industry trends to create relevant, engaging content
• Support live show logistics, product preparation, and campaign coordination

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in live streaming, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or social media content creation (beauty or fashion preferred)
• Proven experience hosting or managing TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or YouTube sessions
• Strong understanding of influencer outreach, affiliate management, and social commerce strategies
• Knowledge of both front-end hosting and back-end TikTok Live setup and analytics
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and fragrance with excellent presentation and communication skills
• Creative thinker who understands how to engage and retain live audiences
• Familiar with e-commerce, content creation tools, and social media algorithms
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to work flexible hours during live campaigns or events
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Salary is commensurate with experience, $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
