Digital Marketing Operations Manager

Established 36 years ago, the PCA Group of Companies (PCA) is a privately owned, global beauty holding company. Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.

The PCA Companies is seeking a detail-oriented and cross-functional Digital Marketing Operations Manager to own the execution and optimization of key digital commerce channels, including TikTok Shop, Instacart, Email Marketing, and our collection of D2C Shopify sites. This role will lead project management workflows in Asana, oversee product setup and creative execution across platforms, manage budgets, and collaborate across internal teams to drive efficient, on-brand execution. Ideal candidates will bring strong platform knowledge, operational rigor, and a knack for turning strategy into scalable systems.?

Key Responsibilities:

D2C Strategy & Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management for direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives using Asana, including timeline development, task delegation, and stakeholder alignment.

  • Ensure timely execution and distribution of creative deliverables for D2C launches and campaigns.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, creative, development, and operations to support D2C site takeovers, refreshes, and new brand onboarding.

  • Audit new Shopify storefronts for proper setup, integrations, and data connections before launch.

  • Maintain visibility and accountability across all D2C projects, deadlines, and dependencies.

TikTok Shop & Channel Management

  • Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations across multiple brands, including product uploads, pricing, compliance, and campaign execution.

  • Develop standardized workflows, templates, and best practices to ensure high-quality and consistent execution.

  • Oversee TikTok-related budgets, including organic content, influencer activations, and shop promotions.

  • Lead onboarding and training for new brand partners, ensuring alignment on TikTok Shop strategy and operations.

  • Maintain secure access management and integration across all TikTok platforms.

Shopify Product & Site Management

  • Oversee the daily management and optimization of Shopify storefronts, including product catalog updates, site merchandising, and UX improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of promotions, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Manage third-party apps, integrations, and theme updates to support site functionality and marketing goals.

  • Maintain a backlog of enhancements, bug fixes, and optimizations, working closely with development teams.

  • Track and report on site performance metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate), recommending actionable improvements.

Marketing Calendar Development

  • Lead the creation and maintenance of promotional, email, and site banner calendars.

  • Collaborate with ecommerce, creative, and brand teams to concept seasonal themes, campaigns, and offers.

  • Coordinate intake, organization, and scheduling of key marketing moments (launches, events, partnerships).

  • Translate high-level plans into tactical rollouts across channels (email, homepage, paid media).

  • Adjust calendar plans based on sales trends, inventory needs, and broader business shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer lifestyle brands.

  • Proven track record managing DTC and e-commerce channels (Shopify, TikTok Shop, retail platforms).

  • Strong knowledge of consumer digital shopping habits and beauty industry trends.

  • Proficiency in key tools: Asana, Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, influencer platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights.

  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Creative problem-solver with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
