Overview:
The New Arrival Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that new products are accurately introduced and effectively communicated to clients and potential buyers. This position is responsible for contacting vendors, gathering and verifying product information, and sharing updates with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
This is an in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY.
Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain communication with vendors to collect details on new products.
Verify, organize, and track product information for accuracy and completeness.
Present and share product updates with clients, prospects, and internal teams in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain thorough records of product data, vendor communications, and client interactions.
Analyze product information to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to support go-to-market strategies for new products.
Work in and collaborate within a warehouse environment when needed, including handling and organizing product samples.
Ensure all processes align with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy and reliable with the ability to manage confidential information.
Proficiency in using business software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or similar tools).
Must be able to safely lift, carry, and move items weighing at least 50 lbs.
Ability to adapt to both office and warehouse environments.

Salary is commensurate with experience, $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
