E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon and Other Marketplaces)

Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure.

Role Summary:

Are you skilled in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, and ready to take on more? We’re looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Specialist who knows how to manage digital marketplaces, grow online sales, and make listings stand out. If you’re comfortable with Amazon FBA, FBM, and backend operations, you’ll quickly pick up the rest.

In this role, you’ll work with account managers, creative teams, and international partners to help build and manage high-performing listings across Amazon and other major platforms like Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and more.

This is an in-person position based in Ronkonkoma, NY.

Working hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.

Role Responsibilities:

Product Listings & Catalog Management

  • Create, manage, and update product listings across Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, FBM) and other marketplaces.
  • Keep all product data clean, correct, and consistent.
  • Use SEO tools and best practices to improve rankings, sales, and conversions.

Product Lifecycle & Market Strategy

  • Manage product launches, monitor results, and phase out underperformers.
  • Stay on top of competitor activity and market trends to guide pricing and content strategy.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams on promotions, creative content, and planning.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and design for seamless execution.

Account Health & Performance

  • Monitor account health, product reviews, and customer service metrics.
  • Troubleshoot issues and jump on new growth opportunities.
  • Review costs and processes to keep accounts profitable.

Growth & Business Development

  • Help support and grow key accounts across platforms.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with partners in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work onsite in Ronkonkoma, NY, 5 days a week
  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce (preferred)
  • You have strong experience with Amazon Vendor and Seller Central, including FBA and FBM
  • You’ve worked with other online marketplaces and can quickly learn new platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Background in customer support or sales is a plus

  • You’re organized, focused, and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • You enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and working in a fast-moving team.
