Job Summary:

BEAUTYSPACE is looking for a passionate, results- driven Business Manager to lead our brand presence at the iconic Bloomingdale’s 59th Street location. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales, delivering a best-in-class client experience, managing a dynamic team, and representing BEAUTYSPACE with energy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Experience

  • Drive and exceed sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Provide personalized, expert beauty consultations to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through outreach and follow-up.
  • Lead in-store events and product launches to increase traffic and engagement.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, results-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and professional growth.

Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Oversee all daily counter operations including scheduling, hygiene, visual standards, and tester maintenance.
  • Manage stock levels and replenishment in line with brand and store guidelines.
  • Maintain strong communication with Bloomingdale’s and BEAUTYSPACE leadership to align on priorities and performance.

Reporting & Administration

  • Analyze sales trends and KPIs to inform strategy.
  • Submit weekly performance reports and feedback to corporate.
  • Ensure adherence to all operational procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty or luxury.
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Salary commensurate with experience $83,200.00 - $93,600.00 Plus monthly sales override.
