As a Merchandise Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our merchandising team—creating and maintaining product data, tracking item status, and helping ensure our beauty assortment reaches the right customers, on time and on trend.
You’ll work closely with the buying team and learn the ins and outs of product launches, data accuracy, retail systems, and omnichannel coordination.
Create and maintain SKUs, UPCs, and product listings for new launches across channels.
Update pricing, item statuses, and catalogs in real time.
Own the UPC/Master File process and manage lifecycle transitions.
Use Power BI and Excel to track and report product and operational performance.
Support new product tracking across departments using shared workbooks and tools.
Generate weekly recap reports for the merchandising and buying teams.
Collaborate with internal and retail partners to keep data clean and processes tight.
A Bachelor’s degree (or in-progress) in Business, Retail, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred
0–2 years of experience (internships or part-time roles are great).
Solid Excel skills—pivot tables, v-lookups, and a love of organizing data.
A genuine interest in buying, merchandising, planning, or retail operations.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus: Exposure to Power BI or other reporting tools.

This is a Monday–Thursday in-office role based in New York City. Friday is work from home You must be available to work onsite 4 days a week.
