We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Level 1 Technician to provide hands-on technical support for our team in Melville, NY. This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), ideal for someone with a strong foundation in IT support and troubleshooting.
