Working closely with the Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, Buying, and Sales teams, the Digital Coordinator will help bring campaigns and product stories to life across multiple consumer touchpoints—from our website and email communications to social media and broader digital initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can balance creativity with analytics: someone who enjoys developing engaging content but is equally interested in understanding performance, consumer behavior, conversion, and what makes a digital campaign successful.
If you are passionate about beauty, retail, digital culture, and creating experiences that connect brands with consumers, this is an opportunity to grow your career in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives designed to increase consumer engagement, strengthen brand visibility, and drive traffic and sales.

Support email marketing efforts designed to build customer relationships and drive repeat engagement.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
You will:
Digital marketing is not only about creating great content—it is also about understanding what performs.
The Digital Coordinator will:
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure digital initiatives support broader business priorities.
This includes working with:
You will help coordinate information, creative assets, product details, promotional activity, and timelines so campaigns are accurately represented across digital channels.
The digital environment changes quickly, and we want someone who enjoys staying ahead of it.
You will:
We are looking for someone who is creative enough to think like a marketer, analytical enough to think like an e-commerce professional, and organized enough to keep multiple initiatives moving at the same time.
This role operates primarily within a professional office environment and requires regular collaboration with internal teams, brand partners, and external business partners.
The position may occasionally require attention to workplace safety, environmental, or health considerations depending on the nature of the work being performed.
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee must be able to perform typical office and marketing-related activities, including sitting or standing for extended periods, operating a computer, communicating verbally and in writing, and reviewing and accurately completing business documentation.
The role may also occasionally require moving marketing materials, product samples, displays, or other items weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, as well as the use of ladders or other equipment when supporting physical marketing or merchandising activities.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
The anticipated salary range for this exempt position is:
$67,000–$75,000 annually
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, industry knowledge, technical capabilities, and overall alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of beauty, e-commerce, social media, digital marketing, content, and consumer experience.
If you enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, discovering new digital trends, analyzing what resonates with consumers, and helping brands create stronger connections with their audiences, we encourage you to apply.
