Store Manager

BEAUTYSPACE, beauty is all about discovery, self-expression, and creating experiences people love coming back to. Our first of a kind concept store will be a multi-brand, multi-category retail store that brings together the best in skincare, haircare, fragrance, bath & body, and beauty essentials in a fun, elevated, and welcoming environment.

The Store Manager will lead all aspects of store operations including team development, sales performance, merchandising, client experience, and operational excellence. We are looking for someone who can create an energetic and motivating culture while delivering an elevated shopping experience that reflects the BEAUTYSPACE brand.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing beauty sales team
  • Lead by example in customer service, sales behaviors, and brand standards
  • Conduct regular performance conversations, coaching sessions, and evaluations
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountability-driven team culture
  • Create schedules and manage payroll efficiently based on business needs

Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive store sales to achieve and exceed business goals and KPIs
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Implement strategies to increase productivity, client retention, and average transaction value
  • Lead team selling behaviors including upselling, cross-selling, and clienteling
  • Partner with brand representatives and vendors to maximize in-store events and launches

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client receives a personalized beauty experience
  • Support product recommendations, makeup application, and beauty consultations
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare categories

Operations & Merchandising

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and brand presentation are maintained at all times
  • Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and stock organization
  • Maintain operational excellence including POS systems, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and compliance standards
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Support local marketing initiatives, events, and social media activities to drive traffic and engagement
  • Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or specialty retail
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive sales results
  • Strong passion for beauty, skincare, makeup, and customer service
  • Experience with retail KPIs, sales reporting, and business analysis
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management
  • Social media and event experience is a plus
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
